Terms of Sale


All products and services offered on this site — including books and workshop facilitation — are provided by Meryem Meg. Prices are listed in Euros. If applicable, VAT will be included or stated clearly at checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery times for physical items (e.g. books) will be displayed before purchase. For workshops or digital products, access details will be sent via email after confirmation of payment.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Publications: Due to the limited nature of the products, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once it has been delivered. Please read all descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • Workshops: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop for a full refund. After that, no refunds or credits are provided. 

 Liability


Participation in any workshop or activity offered by Meryem Meg is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, including the provision of protective equipment such as dust masks for handling natural stone pigments, participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the session.

Workshops may involve working with natural stones pigment powders, which can produce fine dust particles. Masks are provided and their proper use is required throughout any powder-handling process. If a participant chooses not to follow safety protocols, they do so at their own risk.

By attending a workshop, participants acknowledge and accept that:

  • They are physically and mentally able to participate in the activities.
  • They assume full responsibility for their health and safety during the workshop.
  • They waive any claim against Meryem Meg for personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or other loss arising from participation, unless caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider if they have any known respiratory sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that could be affected by exposure to natural pigments or materials.

Privacy


Your privacy is respected. Personal information (like email addresses or shipping details) will only be used to fulfill your order or communicate workshop details. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
